Primary Arms 3X Magnifier + Trijicon 1x42 Reflex

I would love to incorporate a 3x magnifier on my AR15 which is currently wearing a trijicon 1x42 reflex. Thought I'd post here to see if anyone knows if this would work or not before I drop $180 on the magnifier.
