I loaded federal no.210 Large rifle primers into cases for my 338 win mag instead of federal no. 215 large rifle magnum primers. What can I do about this? Can i still load and shoot the cartridges? Can I shoot them as blanks? What do i do?

You can either try loading and shooting them. This could result in lower velocities and pressures, or possibly slight difficulties in ignition, mostly in cold weather. Since it is warming up now, so long as these aren't intended as cold weather loads, I'd say load them up and see how it goes.

The other option is to just snap them off with no powder or bullet, then decap and reprime.

the 338 winmag isnt much larger case cap then my 300 winmag and I dont use magnum primers. I just use large rifle and they work great. I wouldnt worry about it.

The .338 Win Mag is actually slightly smaller in case capacity than a .300 Win Mag. There's no reason the primers won't work fine though.
