I'm using the RCBS Rocker Supreme press for the first time. When I'm resizing, the used primers don't fall into the primer catcher all the time. Are they supposed to?? If so, what adjustments do I need to make?? Also , how do you empty the catchers without dumping all the used primers onto the floor?? Thanks

I find that quite a few of mine end up in that hollow space above and in between the left and right holding areas. Make sure the front and back to the primer catching assembly are fully connected, as I found that even a little gap between them causes primers to go awol.

this is one of the design problems of current RCBS presses. Redding, Forrester, C+H, long ago corrected this problem. RCBS A2, 3, 4 presses also controlled primers properly. Even Lee's newer crap presses do it.

You can try adjusting the amount the decapping pin sticks out of the die, but a simpler method would probably be to just glue a heavy piece of card or paper around the edge of the catcher to raise the edge, like so:
