Can you us large rifle primers insted of large rifle magnum primers in a load for
300 winchester short mag? Thanks

Some guys are, but you will have to re start your load development.

That is the thing. I am just starting to develop a load for my gun. I picked up the wrong primers. Just want make sure it is safe to use the regular primers.

A lot of the reloading data for the 300 wsm uses standard primers.
