printing/processing time after approval?

Just called the BC CFO and my non restricted PAL they received june 6th is finally approved and on its way to printing.

Any ideas on how much longer I'm looking at?
If you do your check online at the CFC as to the status of your application it tells you to contact them if you haven't recieved it within 2 weeks once it shows the application process has been sucessfully completed.

I called the CFO in Vancouver to try and get my RPAL Lic number for a LTATT application. They wont give it to me :( I was also told my Lic still had not been printed and my online status changed to issued last Wednesday. How am I ment to get it in the two weeks when they still have not printed it. I live in the Yukon so it will be more like 3 weeks for me. Tomorrow im going to visit the Yukon CFO as his office is next door to my HOME !! Nice eh! So I hope he will give me the Lic number in person.

I'm curious about this as well..my RPAL showed as issued Aug 1st...so well over 2 weeks ago and still nothing in my mailbox. Am I in for some other undocumented waiting period ?

maybe there is an issue that they found out about after the fact, maybe your card got misplaced.. maybe you just missed the mail call for the week, maybe Elvis stole it.

If it has been 2 weeks.. I suggest you call as their website states to call them if not received in 2 weeks... I dont think you will find the answer on the internet. CGN is good.. but not that good.

I called the CFC 10 days after my online status changed to issued and they said it still had not been printed. I called the Yukon CFO and he gave me all my Lic details :)

I'm just so jealous, it's been 85 days and counting since I mailed in my PAL app. you will have yours before hunting season starts, mine who the hell knows when I'll see it. I better get my recipies together cause I guess I'm camp cook.:(

If it's been sent to print it shouldn't be too long. Printing is usually a day or two after approval (if there's no mechanical difficulties with the massive progressive printer that runs the cards off). During the slow season they may only print certain days of the week but it would only make a day or two in the difference. Your card will be mailed from NB so keep Canada Post in mind as a factor here.
