Are stocks ITAR controlled?

They are easily available in the US (at a much lower price) but I'm not sure if you can import them.

I have one that I dropped a stainless mini into. My only problems with the stock are that the cheek rest can pop off while adjusting and the lack of rails at 9, 3 and 6 o' clock. It's pretty solid otherwise.
