And own a machine shop You might be able to make a thread adaptor. Threaded for the 700 on the inside and for the Mauser on the outside. Depends on which Mauser action you have. It's not the best option either.
It'd be much less fuss to buy a Mauser barrel. They're easier to come by than most barrels for milsurp actions and a whole lot easier than finding a Rem 700 action.
