So I got my bolt catch fixed (thanks wolverine Brent in specific you guys really know how to hold onto customers!!), however I purchased some reloadable 7.62X39 at a local gun show, first 4 rounds function perfectly, on the 5th and final round tho, the entire bolt assembly, (bolt, bolt carrier and piston), all lock to the rear as is expected however on closer inspection the bolt is so far to the rear it seems jammed and is impossible to bring forward. Its not held in by the bolt catch pin and the spring is compressed to maximum making it a difficult procedure to crack the rifle, take my cleaning rod and hammer the piston forward which also pulls the bolt. On closer inspection it doesnt look as tho the bolt is rotating? Moreover it only happened with the brass ammo from the gun show. After re-oiling the rifle to dripping, and shooting surplus it seemed to work fine? I also should mention when the bolt is jammed to the rear it CANNOT be engaged and brought forward by the charging handle which moves freely. My rifle seems to function and cycle well on gas setting 2. My question is, was it the gun that needs to be sent back, the weird ammo I picked up, or myself for thinken it was suffieceintly oiled and it was not? Has anyone else experienced this issue? Opinions please! I also would like to aviod sending away my new rifle.

i Had the same problem with mine and i wasn't using brass, just old surplus ammo. sent it back to brent at wolverine and he replaced the bolt and bolt carrier...... apparently they weren't tempered properly. scoll down the forum back a couple weeks and i have a bunch of pics posted of what mine was starting to look like....

Do you mean " reloaded ammo" and not "reloadable ammo"? Not sure why you would say you bought reloadable ammo instead of non corrosive or brass cased but each to their own I guess. If you did buy and shoot someone's reloaded ammo you can take that as your first lesson as what not to do.

If it was factory brass cased ammo you may want to check the buffer condition, could be damaged allowing the bolt carrier to move too far back when firing. Although if the gun is new as you say I can't see the buffer crapping out so quick so it might be a bolt carrier issue as bremmy777 says.
