problem Win Model 140 Semi

Winchester model 140 semi 12 gauge.

The gun doesn't want to lift the shell from the mag up to be chambered when fired.

The spring in the mag tube looks a little off, bent hard to describe.

Any ideas if this is the problem?

Good luck trying to get any info on this gun. It's like no ones heard of it or just refuse to talk about them. I have one and wish I could help you out, but I haven't had any problems with it yet. Sorry friend.

Thanks for responding anyways. Its a buddies son's gun. The kid picked it up for 250 and the seller said it work great.

He took it out for his fist goose hunt and did not work so great.
