I have an 1895 Winchester that has been drilled and tapped for a Providence Tool Co. replica of a Lyman 21 receiver sight. Have since mounted a Redfield period peep sight. The Redfield covers the rear hole drilled and tapped for the Providence sight. The front hole is the lever pin stop screw hole that existed before. It has been drilled and tapped for the 11-36 thread screw for the Providence sight. Anybody know if I can buy a screw for the lever pin stop screw or do I have to make one in the lathe? I have read that the pre 64 model 94 lever pin stop screw is 11/36 thread. Not sure how to proceed?
