Problem with Marbles W1 tang sight

I just aquired a Marlin 1893 with this Marbles W1 tang sight on it (1 screw in the tang of the rifle and 1 wood screw in the stock LOL)I know the W1 should be for a Winchester rifle.Anyway the tang sight was seized,could not raise it to the shooting position,i tried several different solvents to get it loose but no go.So i took it apart cleaned it all up now i can't get the spring tension back to hold it upright.Does anybody know of someone who fixes tang sights or does Marbles fix their old sights if i ship it back to them,it's a nice old sight with patent dates oct 20 03 and nov 14 06.I would like to mount it on my Uberti 1885,or sell it and get the proper tang sight for the Uberti.Any info would e grealy appreciated.

Hi Sunray the sight was not rusted just seized,i suspect years of old oil and whatever other dirt made it's way in the sight.I appreciate the contact info,maybe they can help.
