problems reloading 25wssm

i have a problem with my 25wssm any brass that are shot from it seem to expand in the sholder and cant reuse them it that rifle but i can reuse them in my brothers 25wssm i have tryed all sorts of loads just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

Are you re-sizing the brass all the way?
Maybe a headspace issue with your rifle?

thinking it maybe a headspace issue i'm headed to dawson creek in a couple days maybe i'll get corlnes to check it out
