Problems with SIG 1911s?

Only problem I have with mine.........now that I have it, I want more of them.

I have the scorpion, so far it has been flawless with the factory mags even locking he slide open when empty.

I'm about 1200 rounds in on mine. I will be getting one or two more Sig 1911's.

I have a sig 1911 tacops, have about 1500rds through it, no problems with it so far. And i dont ever see a problem.....except that i want to buy more of them  I might get the tacpac next time as it comes with a holster that will fit the handgun.

You wont regret the purchase :D:D

cheers

I loved mine; then the extractor broke. I paid my $70.00 or so for the replacement part about 3 months ago. I'm still waiting for it.

Now maybe I expect to much. Or maybe I'm just really impatient. But when a simple part takes this long to get, I'll never buy another SIG.

Just curious guys, my Wilson combat ETM will lock the slide back on empty, but I can't use my slide stop to release it with the mag still in the gun. Both factory mags work, but the ETM does not.

I'm running an Ed brown slide stop, maybe my stock one will work (going to check)?

Anyone else have the same issue?

Never had a problem with my 1911, and cetainly not with any of my other (6) Sigs after 1000s of rounds. To say you will never buy another because of a broken extractor and having to wait for a part...seems like throwing the baby out with the bathwater. I have not had a single issue of any consequence with any of my Sigs. I suppose you could always buy a Glock......
