Problems with XCR-mag fed SKS

I don't mean to hijack the thread from the OP. It seems there is some really decent videos showing how to done fairly nice job and then there is some people that have made an absolute mess. It seems the less is more approach is best.
 
No problems with mine. Not sure why mine works flawlessly but, I can say that the work on the receiver was done with a milling machine, not a dremel. It's the one with the black plastic stock, and the left-handed shooter :)

 
so final thought on XCR mags-they suck, quality of metal is really bad, they bend and play, don't hold the rounds well and constantly misfeed
 
I thought they sucked until inrevisited my adapter install and finally got the thing dialed in. Now the xcr mags feed 10rnds every time. It's easy to get the adapter to work, but it's hard to get it working properly. Good luck.
