I placed an order on April 12. Product shows as in-stock.
April 19 received an email indicating order is being processed.
It's still in processing today.
I don't know what can i do and what i need to do.

What did you purchase? I bought a their SKS chassis about a month ago and received it a month later. Your predicament seems abnormal, try to message them with your order number.

I’m at approx 40 days now on my drop ship order. My package was shipped with April 17 from Czech Republic. Haven’t heard anything since and my tracking number no longer works. Guess I will just have to patiently wait for Canada post to send me a tracking number. There is another thread “anyone order from Zahal before” with an email address from a rep at Zahal to inquire about your order. Good luck

Their orders show "processing" indefinitely, even after completion.
