As I am somewhat of a fanboy of this round and I know there are some on here that may or may not share my views and not have a facebook account I thought I would share the news that the facebook page and George Gardner has released that Hornady is now making dedicated head stamped 6.5 SAUM 4S brass and is currently being sold on the GA Precision brass section of their online store.

George also released a statement that said he got 7 firings out of one piece of brass with a loose pocket, but it still held a primer I could be misquoting that though. Anyways again I just thought I would share that info for people who do not have the book of the face...
 
Already all gone. The 100k pieces GAP ordered have all been sold and shipped. They are getting another 38k that was over-run and it is likely already spoken for.
 
Need to find a way to get it up here. Ship it to my place in Montana so I have it then figure out the details and export bs later. Just need to secure 1000 ish
 
Talk to Ken at GAP, he knows some places that export.

It'll be 4-5 months before the next batch is available. Hopefully Hornady will see that G2 gets it right and they will make it a standard offering. 138k or brass sold in 1 day says there's some interest in the cartridge.
