Silly question for you.....

I have been watching the same deer trail quite frequently for the last four weeks, and finally took a mulie doe last weekend. Have seen lots of does and bucks in the spot. My favourite spot has good visibility for quite a while, yet enough cover to set up on the ground and view lots of animals.

My silly question is, now that I left the guts and some fat, leg ends etc at the wonderful spot, will deer still frequent it?

Going out again in the morning, and in the past there were lots of animals around right at legal light. Time is running short, so I want to fill another doe tag tomorrow morning, and perhaps get one of the nice bucks I have been seeing. Will my spot still be good, or should I go another 100 yards or so on either side?

Thanks. Haven't hunted deer in six years now; getting a little forgetfull....

Might bother them for a day or so but not likely. The coyotes on the ut pile will likely cause you the most grief but they will clean things up quickly.

Not a big deal leaving entrails and such at a kill site.

Coyotes and other vermin clean the mess up perdy quick.
In my ultimate favorite spot, i'd gut a ways away if I were going to go back soon.

Game animals are not as relaxed as usual when there's predator sign all around the old gut pile.:(

Shot a doe last year and gutted her out. We continued hunting and returned to that spot about three hours later. All that was left was red stain on the grass.
I'm sure if you went back the next day you'd see the same thing. No worries.
