Professional Hot blueing

Much is said about blueing solutions and where they can be found.
But I do not see anywhere where the hot blueing salts can be bought inside Canada, (besides in bulk of 45 gal. drums)l.
I used to get them from the States in small cardboard drums.
I know we have them in Canada, but who supplies ???
Caustic Soda and Ferro-Oxyde will not be sold to individuals I have been told.
Any help is highly appreciated

Caustic soda = lye. Doubt that sales are restricted. Don't know about <Ferro-Oxyde>, the formulas I've used involved sodium nitrate. Have also read receipes using ammonium nitrate, but gassing off of ammonia is a consideration. There have been murmurings of restricting all nitrates.
