Oh you can import bullets from the USA just fine............

The problem is Canadians EXPORTING them from the USA.

Your facts are not quite on my good man.

I never said that I imported them.......

Anyone that wants to use Get loaded program do what I did...

I put a post on American gun site.....10mmtalk forum.

I posted that I had 1000 bullets for sale.

Someone replied.

I explained what was going on...he said FINE.

He gave me his U.S address.

I submitted rebate to Hornady.

Hornady said "no problem".

The guy paid me $200 via (FRAUD ALERT) after he received Free bullets 4 weeks later.

You just have to make sure and do business with upstanding citizen.

So I got a $200 rebate on my Hornady press...:dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

It depends on what you mean by 'competition'.

I use a Dillion 650 for mass reloading my .223 for practice sessions by my 13 year old. These will keep ~1moa with the occasional flier. Using a single stage and the same rifle I can turn out .4 moa. So as I said it depends on what you want to do with the ammo, of 1 moa is good enough then a progressive press is fine.
