Prohibited handgun - once .25 or .32 will always be

This is about the current situation at the Registry regarding converting 25 & 32 cal guns and issuing Restricted certificates for them. Then the current refusal to do this anymore.

It's ridiculous. I bet if they let us have 12(6) handguns, there would be no increase in gun crime... no more of an increase than what we have right now with our baby eating human enslaving restricted pistols and revolvers.

OK so the cheap guns in the USA are an issue. So how does a making the guns up here prohibited help the smuggling situation? Nothing has changed on the american side. And the guns here required registration before they could be sold. Its all a load of BS. :bsFlag:

Well, I'm no expert, but even if the .25 and .32 pistols made it into Canukistan from the U.S., you couldn't simply go into WallyWorld, or Cabellas and buy up a box o' ammo, and those pistols are simply too small and light be effectively thrown at people, or used to pistol-whip them during the commission of a crime...

Just my $0.02, YMMV

Well of course the ammo is getting hard to find, who is going to stock ammo for what is essentially a dwindling market in Canada? That wasn't the case 15 years ago.
