Prohibited i guess?

While the ATI website doesn't give any information on this a quick google search turns up this;

It is a HK clone made on HK tooling and licensed by HK

So in a word; prohibited.

I did do a search as TNP has been known for a bit of idocy in their vids and might have called something that looks like an MP5 the real deal, like calling a CZ858 an AK :rolleyes:. However in this case it seems this is a H&K licensed clone.

I think the biggest reason for it being prohibited is that it likely converts to a full auto with a simple swap of parts like the trigger group. Real MP5s are semi and full auto.

This has nothing to do with the matter. As stated in the post directly above yours "It is a HK clone made on HK tooling and licensed by HK" would make this at least a direct variant; IE prohibited by name. This thing can shoot semi auto only, or fuzzy bunnies and rainbows via bolt action only and it will still be prohib due to the manufacture process as it's made on the same tooling as a MP5.
