I have a 1890-1894 30/30 Winchester it was my grandfathers from when he was 16 years old sooooo 1920's. Would this be a prohibited rifle or no?

Why would it be prohibited? Unless someone has sawed the barrel too short, a '94 Winchester would ordinarily be non-restricted.

I'd say there's no such thing as an 1890 1894 .30/30 Winchester [rifle].

Production of the Win Model 1894 didn't start until 1894. And the .30-30 [as the .30 WCF] didn't make it's debut until 1895.
