I recently acquired a promag 50 round drum for my 10/22 as part of a package with a krinker plinker. It was brand new in the package but without a manual. The first loaded magazine jammed every 2-5 rounds. Every consecutive magazine after that got better until approx 300 rounds were fired and the mag is now broken in and does not jam at all, no stovepipes, ftf, etc, except at the last 5 rounds because the follower seems to get jammed in the top part of the mag that sits in the gun. Seeing as i have no manual i was wondering if promag suggests a type of lubricant for the mag that would fix this? Any other users have this issue? other than that the mag functions perfectly and is soooo much fun to shoot (but not to reload lol) + it looks badass on a krinker

you can try a dry graphite lube. they recommend it for betamags

uh im pretty sure the feed ramp has nothing to do with the problem im experiencing, the shells feed fine its the follower that gets stuck and doesnt apply pressure to the last 5 rounds. I like how everyone reads what other people have written about a product and adopt those opinions as their own.
