FYI I spoke to a ProMag rep at the SHOT Show and he told me that because of a name copyright problem with (I believe) a Crosman BB or pellet gun also called the Marauder that ProMag has had to change the name of their "Marauder" 10/22 kit to "Nomad". The kits they had there were, indeed, labelled "Nomad" so if you're looking for the kit online you may have to search under the new name.

Woohoo! The one I just got is a "Limited Edition" original "Marauder", I guess!!
Apparently, the change required new tooling to mold the new name into the lower receiver cover, rather than the old name.
Of course, with the way things are going at the CFC, it might be better to name them "Soft Fluffy Puppy", or maybe "Pink Floral Garden". Marauder sounds "scary", and "Nomad" sounds, well,...transient.
