Recently purchased a few 20/5 Promag magazines for the Ruger Mini 30 for use in my Ruger American, from a private seller here on the EE. Not only do they only hold 4 rounds instead of the listed 5, but they won't even fit in the mag well. I've contacted Promag in the US but they said they can't honor any warranty because I'm in Canada ☹. Is there any place in Canada I can inquire about warranty for Promag? Can't seem to find anything on the board here or on the internet.

That sucks. I had a Sig 10/32 mag that was so out of spec you couldn't get it more than 3" into the magwell. I was able to return it to IRG in my case. Since there is no warranty coverage in Canada as you found out, you are likely screwed if the seller won't refund you.
No warranty options in Canada except for a refund where youbought. I just went through with it. You can't do it without a US address, you can't personally legally export/import (bring) over the US border due to ITAR AND the border is closed anyways.
Mine were refunded by the shop I bought from and they/their supplier had to deal with promag on all their mags.
