Proper bullets for 1863 Sharps Cavalry Carbine (percussion)

I originally posted this in another forum thread. It might be a better fit here...

In in need of maybe a dozen tie base bullets for a 54cal sharps carbine. I'm trying to help out the owner by making him a handful of authentic type paper cartridge rounds. He'll never shoot it enough justify buying the crazy expensive mold.

Does anyone have the mold for this bullet that would care to help us out by pouring some for us? Any costs for materials and postage to Southern Ontario would be repaid of course.

Try contacting mod Tootall. I think he does Re enactment and might know someone. He helped me out years ago with some steel and flint.
