As per the title I was wondering if anyone knows what the proper alignment for the inner section of the 'Czech Special Forces Brake' is. I've been told that you're supposed to leave it 'loose' by a notch or two in order to get the best performance, however I can't seem to find this elusive sweet spot...

The proper spot is to have the holes in the flash hider to match the grooves... or was it the lands? The holes have the same twist rate as the barrel rifling.
