Proper reticle name

Can anyone tell me what the proper name is, for the military/sniper reticle that has a series of sequentially smaller "0"s decending from the center. Apparently these "0"s represent the human head diameter, and define the appropriate holdover when the head is fitten into the appropriate "0".

Next question is: Who makes such a reticle in a high quality scope?

Ya.... it's not in there................... It would be a fine cross hair with shrinking-diameter circles decending from the center.
