Hi everyone.I just wanted to share with you my experience with Prophet river, i had 1911 to sell or trade,while everyone in my town give me crappy price or trade, i contacted these guys, they priced it really well, i paid the difference, and today my new Alfa project 9mm para just came in, im very happy with them, professional service , quick responses, and smooth transaction, highly recommend it!! Thanks guys so much.

Only had one interaction with them. But it was as painless and expeditious as possible for
An online purchase. Had the item within a few days from Canada post! A+ for logistics!
 
I'm seriously fortunate that I moved to a town with such a fantastic local shop. Keep it up and my business won't go anywhere else.

Thanks for that TRS-25 this weekend by the way. My rifle's sighted in with it and I'm ready to push bush for some muley's as soon as the season opens.
 
I also had only good experiences with Prophet River...Clay managed to get me some items down from U.S., which were not available in or to Canada.

I have spent north of $12k there in the last 3 years...... when I first started, I was in a he midst of a divorce and cash was tight, but as a ruger fan, they always had something I wanted......

They treated every order equally, whether just a scope or a $4500 order I put in recently ..... every order was treated with excellent service and respect..... and all showed up complete and well packed.....

Now, when I have something I want to buy, I always look to them first.... even if I can pick it up locally for the same price......

Excellent customer service deserves excellent customer loyalty imop.....
 
Another response. I used their services to import a Type 14 Nambu from the US. I had the prize in hand within four days of it reaching their shop. I expect the next import (a Nazi marked hi power) will enjoy a similar fate.
 
Dealt with Prophet River on several occasions , there has been the "Rare" 0ccasion when issues arise . However Clay and his staff never failed to "make it right". Not to mention hard to beat their pricing . Well done folks
