Has a beretta 3901 citizen listed on their website but it has a 24" rifled slug barrel, not what I want. Are 28" hard to find for this gun in canada and at what price? Would it be easy to sell the 24" barrel? Also wondering how flexible he is on price. Thanks

Thats probably something you'd have to ask him about. Many of his prices are VERY good. IMO I doubt he'd be able to go down much and still make anything.
Clay was selling a 391 Urika synthetic 12g with a 28" barrel for $999 which is the lowest I've seen by a fair bit, you might want to look into that.
Probably really flexible! If you wanted to pay more he may go for that.
I doubt if you will find that gun priced lower in Canada.
Barrels from a AL391 won't fit, has to be from a AL390, A390, or 3901. Might have a hard time finding one in Canada, as they have been discontinued for a few years now...
