PRVI Partizan .303 brass

Not sure, but you can still get some Herters brass from Higginsons for $16.50/50. It's made in Sweden (Metallverken) and is good durable brass. It may show a bit of tarnish from years of storage but they clean up well with SS tumbling, or spinning on a drill with some 0000 wool.
PRVI is about $80/100 vs $33/100 for Herters.

I second the Herter's brass from Higginson. Lovely stuff.

I do, however, have nothing but positive dealings with Jerry at Mystic so choose your coastline and buy with confidence.

I agree, I bought 300 from Higginson Powders in Hawkesbury, ON - good stuff!

Trade Ex has it in stock.
It's hardly worth reloading though, I can get loaded Prvi ammo at Canadian Tire for under $30 and use that brass for reloading.

I just bought Privi Partizan factory ammo and reused the brass after I shot it up. Given that the cost of empty brass is almost a buck each, I found it worthwhile.

Had I known about the Herter's brass, I would have bought it.

Loaded Winchester ammo at Wal-mart is going for nearly the same price as empty PRVI brass. I know which route I am taking. That Herters brass is a very decent deal though.

Prvi Partizan .303 British are some of the best cases for reloading and are made heavy duty. The Prvi cases have thicker rims, a larger base diameter and also .010 thicker in the base web area.

Below both factory loaded cases were fired in the same Enfield rifle, as you can see the Prvi Partizan has no expansion marks in the base. Meaning these cases are made much better than Winchester or Remington brass. I have gotten as many as 32 reloadings as long as you do not load to maximum pressures.

I agree with BigEd on this, I've stopped counting reloads in my PRVI brass. But same rules as always for 303 with any brass manufacturer, segregate your brass to each individual rifle, and neck size only.

Some of that Herters brass does not have a relief cut at the base of the rim - this caused me issues with my P-14's and their large mauser style extractor. The batch I had wad mixed, some had the cut some didn't...

Herter's brass at Higginson just went up, from $16.50 to $21.50/per 50. Not a criticsm, still an honest price for good brass, just passing along the info.
