That's great news, I'm excited for mine to arrive and now that I hear nothing but positive news I can hardly wait.
 
It may have been mentioned in this thread, but I didn't notice - what is everyone running for their buffer? Carbine? Heavy? I am piecing together the last of my bits for my build but haven't decided on buffer weight yet.

I'm running a stock carbine buffer. I believe my buddy is running the same on his 10.5 as well.
Experiencing no issues with early bolt unlocking to warrant going to a heavy buffer.

Perfect thanks, I assumed I'd need carbine but dont like the thought of purchasing the same thing several times when im trying to do a budget build.
 
Great thanks for the responses guys.

I did have one more question; does anyone have the overall length of upper receiver on its own? Looking at buying a case to put my new AR build into for range trips, cabelas case is 19"L x 15.5"W x 6"H so I'm wondering if I'll be able to fit upper and lower if taken apart within the case. I don't have my upper or lower yet as my entire build is in the mail.. Anyone able to double check dimensions for me??

Mine is 19-1/16" from tip of the A2 flash hider to the back of the charging handle.
