The front sight was loose, and after sighting it in and using clear nail polish to keep it in place (big mistake), it came loose.
I then used some red permatex (similiar to Loctite)
The front is a big red rod, and the rear two small green rods.
WOW:eek:
It is so tempting to get that shot off as soon as you see the red dot.
I used it in PEI this week and shot with a few IPSC shooters at the Miscouche range (great bunch of fellows BTW- thanks Guys;) )
They all liked it, and I am sold on the Fibre Optic sight. Only problem I can see is that the dot is really big, and I would have preferred a smaller optic rod. You can't even see the metal part that covers the front fibre optic rod; a little bit of a "halo" effect.

Just have to get used to it.
Very good for target acquistion.
My best run on 6 metal poppers at Approx. 13 yards from the holster was 3.96 seconds. Although it took few runs to get that run with no misses:redface:

Now, aren't you glad you didn't put it on the gun a week before the Nationals?
:)

actually, yeah!
I would have never gotten used to it in that short of time. :(
But, if anything, it is a very "clean" sight picture. I just have to remember to let the front sight fall into the rear sight notch before I press the trigger:redface:
