What happened to the thread about “the jack”? Was it deleted ?

A customer posted his problem with the barrel and the thread is gone. Is this a known issue with these shotguns ? Looking at picking one of these up but want to be sure it is done properly for the price they are.

Im the fellow with the barrel issue and id say it's worth picking one up as long as the barrel issue is just a one off. its a really sweet little shotgun. but for the price i expected better quality of how the 7" barrel was cut down and finished the muzzle is very uneven.

Update IRUNGUNS and PTR are looking after my issue with no hesitation very great customer service thanks IRUNGUNS

We had an oportunity to reach out to PTR and they will warranty the barrel and make everything right. Someone from the Canadian location will be reaching out to you shortly and sending you an RMA. After reviewing the rest of the inventory this seems to be a one off. We sincerely apoligize for the inconvenience.
