Hello all, I was gifted 50 OLD blazer 45 ACP rounds, the box was moldy, I guess hidden, blazer said that the lot number was a early early run.
My question is after that build up, would anyone pull the bullets, safely mind you, and reuse the bullets and powder, or just toss the powder? They said don't shoot it seeing the condition of the box and the age.
Sorry if it didn't make sense, I want to pull these bullets, and reuse them, can I use the same powder or just toss it and use new?

An inertia bullet puller would do the job. Inexpensive, but probably more than the salvage value of the components.

can get pulled easily with a bullet impact puller. is it worth it? No

but a good tool to have anyways

I have it locked up right now, but here's a link to that's that same, but I'm told it's one of the earlier runs.
And Teac I need to buy one lol, unemployed.
And it was a LGS and they would charge 54 taxes in for the exact same box lol

I have pulled bullets by making a puller from a 2x2. its works probably only with rimmed rounds because you can drill a hole in it and the rim will catch it. if you are crafty you can secure a rimless round with a clip and still use a 2x2.

you can get chinese pullers for pretty cheap but they are also very flimsy and i would not buy them again.

If you are unemployed and this is stopping you from shooting then I will EMT you the funds for a new box of .45 . PM me your EMT

I thank you, but I cannot shoot either way, the range is not open, from the first snow to spring, they don't clear it, wish I had a non restricted Kriss Vector lol

A standard shellholder can be used if an inertia puller is being made.
