Pulling the trigger on a Ruger RPR

The Ruger Precision rifle has caught my eye, and I have one on the way in 243.
The 6.5 has me interested as well, but I already have everything I need for 243, and have tons of components in 6mm.
First question is, what scope mount/ring setup is recommended for a 50mm objective optics. (Leupold Mark 4 ERT)
I am thinking a base unit that is quick release may be the right move, as I could move the optics to a second rifle with a picatinny rail.

Second, where in Canada is a recommended online retailer for accessories/upgrades?
 
With my RPR and vortex 2x24x50 I tried badger high rings and it wasn't high enough, you'll need extra high.
 
Ordered a Leupold IMs mount. Try that out.
I should have asked what bullets guys are using. Are the 115 Bergers stabilizing?
I have 100's of 105 Hybrids to use, but looking for a hunting usable bullet as well.
