Too bad we couldnt bombard our masters with letters, begging them to change the classification of AKs back to the non rest class? I wonder what they would think if thousands of letters poured in from all over Canada................Nah Canadians are too fugging lazy :D

think of the possibilities though if we could build our own AKs like in the U.S., Soooo many varieties including shotgun AKs etc,,..It would create a cottage industry since the U.S. is gone insane with their export/import regs.

The AK is basically THE evil gun in the entire world. The symbol of civil war and death to the uneducated masses. They would never class it non-restricted.

Californicators.

Yep, lots of people there that shoot guns and the laws are about as strict there as they are here... Probably stricter.

You'd see all kinds of abominations in california just so that the people that shoot there can have it.

AR's with no pistol grips for example, they look terrible.

vz58 pump action with magazines that have 'for vz58 pump action rifles only' but happen to fit all vz58s, by accident ;)

Yup. This one gets around the "no pistol grip" rule:

California's laws will be changing though. A current lawsuit that is about to be decided will determine if "Heller" applies to CA gun laws. If it does - and it looks like it will - then there are a bunch of lawsuits primed and ready to go...
