Pump AK-47 legality

I have heard that you guys can't have AK varients up in Cannukland but what about a pump Ak and not a semi auto?
It looks like the original and ever has a 30rd mag (which could be pinned to 5 -- I'm not implying anything here!!)

Are your laws specific towards looks only or does it state a semiauto rifle FIRST and then goes on to other things that it bans.

It says "and variants thereof" when it prohibits the various AK-style rifles, so I have no doubt that even a pump would be prohib up here (they can kill you deader than an SKS, dontchaknow) :roll:

I think it depends on how the reciever works.

It depends on if the voodoo CFC witch doctors want it to be legal or not. Safe to say pump AK is no way :wink:

I saw a pump AR and the power to be said "still restricted" as it is still a variant. :shock: very cool all the same
