If you want new, in a rifle calibre, Remington is the only game in town. Savage, Browning, Colt and Standard all quit making them. I've fired only two of the Remmy's, a .30-06 and a .308, and was quite impressed with how quick and sure they were to operate. As well, they were 'way more than hunting accurate.
If pistol cals are OK, Taurus is making a replica of the Colt Lightning. So is a company caleed American Arms, but theirs will cost thousands of bucks.
