Putting a standard profile Vanguard in a Heavy Barrel Stock

I'm willing to bet the bedding is more important than the floating barrel.

Vanguard stocks have pillars as well.
Anyway, what stock do you have on it? I have at least 1 spare short and long action Hogue take off with standard barrel channel free floating, might be open to an even swap.
I actually swap out my Hogues for Vanguard stocks...no issues with the way they shoot for me.

The vertical stringing you see in buddy's target a few posts up is probably 100% related to putting it in the Hogue stock.

My Vanguard can also do holes touching at 100, but that's with Horniday Superformance 53 grain.
