Puzzled by presence of tumbling media in the noses of bulk HP bullets

Can anyone suggest a viable explanation for presence of a few bits of tumbling media (crushed walnut) in the noses of many hollowpoint bulk bullets that I recently received? Every like 10th bullet has something stuck in the cavity.

The bullet maker probably shines them up before packaging I would guess.

They tumble bullets to clean them off/shine them up before packaging, although usually the media gets tumbled out of the hollowpoints.
