The sabatti and the BRNO look interesting and although more money I'd take the BRNO as they have a long history with these types of guns. The Blaser looks good but the stock is horrible, and if mine, it would have to be restocked.

Depends what you mean by quality. The old BRNO 500 or 300 series are very very good, although somewhat "heavy" in form. Usually in 7-57R and 12 ga. Say around $1000. I prefer the 500 series as they were a more finished gun. I use one in 12 ga with a 20 ga adapter with a .222 Rem second bbl. Use it for grouse.

The brand new BRNO as offered by CZ is very nice, again somewhat clunky but very good. About $1500 new.

Then go to Tradeex and check for the Verny Caron (excellent) and others that are about $2000-5000 and up. They are very very nice.
Sabatti I believe use an alloy receiver with a steel plate face. Likely very good - just depends.

Of course Heym and Merkel have made excellent guns in the past and continue to do so and you find one of them used or new -- think again $2500 and up and up.

They all have features that may appeal or not. Auto ejectors vs not. Single vs double trigger. Scope mounts that are easy to find or attach. Some not. I prefer the double trigger so you choose what bbl you want vs. a selector switch.

Many that I have used do not shoot to the same point with rifle vs the shotgun bbl. Some do - it depends on the rifle. I thought I could use a slug and rifle. i found with several brnos in 308, 7mm, 222, etc - they did noy meet except for relatively close in - say 25 yds.

Check out FAIR, the have o/u shotguns that can be supplied with a set of rifle barrels too. Not necessarily a combo gun, but a combo set.

I have a baikal 12/3006 and it works fine and a lot cheaper than the others. I got mine from canadian tire in Kenora, ont. I shot 20g out of mine also with the browning little skeeters and it has a good group.
