Quebec big game registration-on line?????

Most Provinces and territories have you fill out an online survey or in-person check in after harvest. Including Saskatchewan now.
I am 100% puzzled as to why some Provinces and Territories don't mandate harvest reporting for big game. It's probably the best and easiest way to gauge herd health and hunter satisfaction.
Some may, but I was asking if he knew why Quebec required it. In Alberta we only need to to a harvest report for draws not every over the counter tag.
As for why not require them? I believe they are useless. People aren’t honest on them. They may be truthful that they tagged an animal but how many days they hunted and stuff like that I don’t thing is trustworthy. I believe people lie because they don’t want to let anyone know an area has a large population for fear of more hunters or tags being available in the future.
Quebec has it because it costs $7:17 to register it. Nothing free here. Plus the check stations are not open late enough. If you shoot a deer at dusk it's hard to get it done and then skin it properly that night. That's one reason the online registration helps a lot. Just looked and you can still register online. Which is free and good for me as none close to where I live.
It's like the saaq as well, go to put my motorcycle into storage only worked when you dont have your phone auto translating the page. I think one of the quebec tax pages does it as well when trying to submit stuff. Quebec blows.
