Was doing some research on moose hunting in Quebec, and saw this memo. For Non-Residents who have hunted on their own in Quebec for moose, you are no longer allowed to do so...Must use an outfitter's serivces.

Yep. It's a major bummer, because I have wanted to freelance hunt there for years. The ZEC isn't as expensive as an outfitter, though, but they're still full of drunk armed rednecks.
