Hello all,
I want to put in my two cents to all of the relevant organizations that help protect and promote the shooting and hunting activities that we all love. A part of that is joining and supporting your local Hunting Association.
This is a question for the Quebec residents that are familiar with La Federation Quebecois des Chasseurs et Pecheurs (The Federation of Quebec Hunters and Fishers)
I don't speak french, and their website does not have an english version that I see. Therefore I don't have very much information about exactly what they do and if the money is well spent. Knowing Quebec, it's very possible that the provincial government has their fingers deep in an organization like this, and that is a concern given the overall anti-firearms policies that the Quebec government seems to pursue.
So is this organization on our side? Is it useful in protecting hunting and shooting opportunities in Quebec? Or would money spent on membership only help prop up an overall anti-firearms government? If anyone has any examples of exactly where the membership money goes, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thankyou!
