Yeah I went with the "unbranded questar upper" with a stripped spikes lower with RRA internals.

Still curious what brand the upper might be... I don't think it's RRA because of the barrel twist.

It's usually hard to tell if it's not from a company that marks it's uppers like LMT, BCM, Daniel Defense, etc, unless the seller knows the exact maker of the upper (I'm sure Questar has all the information you want), or the barrel has particular markings unique to a certain mfg. Quite a few major brand names do some work for other companies, I wouldn't sweat it if Questar says it's a good one.
