Questar Glock 19

A friend of mine (CGNer) has one. Not sure which barrel he has tho.
It shoots great, groupings are as tite as his 17.
Nice gun, I wouldn't hesitate to get one.

Here is my 2nd gen G19 with the 106mm stainless Lone Wolf BBL

Thanks. I wonder what the Lone Wolf and Storm Lake barrels are like compared to the Barsto?

I think if you can make a cloverleaf offhand form 10 yards that's not bad!:D

I have a LoneWolf barrel (unported) to go with the BarSto.

The BarSto will feed anything. The Lone Wolf has a much tighter chamber, and chokes on some of my reloads - I will have to run them through a Lee Factory Crimp die to ensure proper function in the Lone Wolf barrel.

To give you an idea of the difference, stuff that is a loose fit in the BarSto gets stuck about 1/8" out of the Lone Wolf.

So the Lone Wolf should be more accurate, but is definitely more fussy about ammo.

And the Lone Wolf is 1/2 the cost of a Barsto.....

I bought a G19 when they first came out but sold it when the 15 round mag's became prohibited.

I just bought the exact gun thru Questar but in a G23 40S&W with a Barsto 4.25" barrel.

With only 200 rounds thru it so far I find it very accurate, reliable and hasn't missed a beat...

Absolutely awesome little gun that I would totally recommend...

I also have had a G20 for several years and a new G29 with a 4.25" Storm Lake barrel and an extra 40S&W Storm Lake barrel to shoot cheaper practice loads being delivered any day now...

Glocks may not be as accurate as a 1911 design gun but they are totally reliable...

edit to add...

Those are great looking pictures of the G19...

I did one modification to my G23 so far a Aro-Tek extended slide release... :)

Word to the wise about the BarSto:

When I got mine, it hadn't been chambered properly, that is, it is supplied as a sort of "blank" by BarSto. The gunsmith who fits it is supposed to do all the things to acheive match-barrel results, including chambering it. That didn't happen in mine.

It choked on everything except factory 115 grain rounds, everything else was sitting proud, with the bullet bashed into the rifling.

So, I took it to Bits of Pieces, and Barry chambered it in 40 seconds, and charged me zilch. Now it shoots like a dream. Yowza!

To be clear: The BarSto barrel is awesome, just a step had been skipped in its installation. I consider the gun 100% worth the price.
