Questar service

Got my order today. A little bit of a screw up with the shipping address (forgot to include company name) which delayed the delivery by almost a week but they were very accommodating. Thanks guys!

Ordered a Lone Wolf conversion barrel today and Scott answered a lot of questions. Great service! Now the wait begins :(
 
I've placed over 1K worth of orders with Questar. Never had issues. Excellent service and feedback for all orders. These guys know how to KISS (keep it stupid simple). They answered all my questions (technical and sales) all the time. A++++ supplier.
 
Had 2 transactions with these guys first order was a magpul MOE upgrade kit 8-12 week wait. Waited the full 12 weeks without a phone call wondering where it was or how long, after the 12 week i phoned to inquire on the status of my order, they said they will email me back with more info. After another week of waiting no email came and i phone again. turned out my custom order was sitting there and they didn't know. BIG FAIL THERE. no apology or nothing. Decided to give them another chance and custom ordered a eotech exps2-0 order went beging of january and finally came in last week. THEY SENT THE WRONG OPTIC!!! now i had to return the wrong one and wait for the one i ordered AGAIN. Will post more reviews else where about these idiots.

THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE AND STAY AWAY.
