Questar service

I'll add my 2 cents. I just dealt with Questar for the first time last week. Two separate orders. Both went flawlessly and the product arrived faster than expected and well packaged.

Communication was prompt and to the point. They and Wolverine are now my go to people for gun stuff.

Wolverine is pretty good, but I don't suggest trying to trade guns in there, they'll give you half of what it's worth and will not budge.
 
I put 3 orders this month with Questar and I got to say I am amazed with their lighting fast shipping (yeah I know pretty dumb of me not making my mind and ordering all at once and saving on shipping charges). I literally placed the orders and got them 2 days later; I seriously doubt it gets any faster than that!

My only suggestion to them is that if they have such a kick ass/fast service it would be a good idea to provide the tracking numbers on their own website as soon as the package is sent. Relying on Canada Post is not such a good idea; I actually get the Canada Post shipping notification when I already have the items on my hands :), not very useful if you ask me.

Keep up the excellent service guys!
 
Last week I received I think my 8th order from Questar.

Ordered online at 9 pm, email confirmed shipped the next day at 8 am, arrived at 3 pm.

Every order, and every email/communication have been top notch.

Ive dealt with Scott B. and Derek many times.

Never an issue, always good service.
 
Yeah, I've ordered from Questar probably 4 or 5 times. Shows up on time, or in the case of pre-orders, within the expected range of wait times. No problems at all here. Yes, there is a mark-up, but that is the cost of doing business, especially in the firearms world in Canada.
 
Ordered a couple of Sig Mags. Painless transaction. Processed my order quickly and shipped it out fast. Received today Thanks!!
 
derek at questar was awesome , great service, i will buy from him again, always answered all my questions, even adjusted the price when they had a price drop. thanks again derek for my new sig TACPAC
 
Scott answered all my emails promptly. I put in an order for a restricted Tuesday noon. Got an email from Derek to confirm the transaction and the goods were at the post office by Thursday.
Fast smooth transaction ...no complaints here.
 
placed an order with Questar this week and couldn't be happier with their customer service, even though they messed up my order, they were quick to resolve the issue making it painless on my part.

Very good service, would recommend them to anyone!!!
