Nope I had been fiddling with it I did however have it sticking out closer to half an inch. I brought it up to .25 and that seems to have fixed my problem. Thank you all
In the picture you have in post 4, the depriming pin is out so far as render the sizing die useless!
That lump the depriming pin is sticking out of will not allow the case to be anywhere near full length resized.
Undo the lock nut on top and unscrew the rod until only a very little of the pin, maybe 1/8 of an inch, is protruding through the bottom of the die.
Screw the die into the press until, with the ram full up, the bottom of the die makes solid contact with the shell holder.
Raise the handle up, lubricate a fired case, including the inside of the neck, and push the handle all the way down, resizing the case and pushing out the fired primer.
With the handle full down, turn the rod with the depriming pin down until you can feel the bottom of it hit the web on the base of the case.
Turn the depriming pin rod back, to the left, one full turn, or even a turn and a half, then with the press handle still full down, set the lock nut on top.
You are now ready to full length size your fired cases.
At this stage you can study what Big Ed told you about the 0 ring, or any other method of partial resizing to prolong the life of your brass.
